The Body-Solid SDIB370 Bench/Rack Combo features quality steel construction and space-efficient design to perform all of your favorite free weight exercises, such as squats, flat bench press, incline bench, military presses, and much more.

The weight lifting rack features 11-gauge steel construction protected with a quality powder coat finish designed to resist scratching and scuffing. The 14-position "Gun Rack" style bar racking system allows for easier and safer racking, especially when the weight needs to be unloaded quickly.

The Body-Solid Workout Rack can handle weights up to 1,000 lbs and features 17-inch long adjustable safety stops to keep your workouts safe while pushing through stubborn training plateaus.

This weight bench with squat rack package deal comes complete with a light commercial-grade Body-Solid Adjustable Bench that features 11-gauge steel construction and durable powder coat finish. It adjusts from flat to several different incline positions, plus a slight decline position. The transport wheels and handle allow you to move the bench in and out of the rack as needed with added ease.

Due to the light commercial-grade construction, this Body-Solid Squat Rack/Weight Bench Combo is recommended for home gym use or non-membership fitness facilities: such as high school weight rooms, personal training studios, apartment fitness rooms, fire and police exercise rooms.
