A Seated Curl That Shares the Leg-Extension Position
The Body-Solid (DLEC-SF) Leg Extension/Curl trains the quadriceps and hamstrings without requiring users to move from an upright station to a prone bench. Its biomechanical pivot and elliptical cam guide both exercises while changing resistance through the movement arc. A recumbent back pad supports the torso, and hold-down grips give users a fixed hand position for controlled repetitions during extensions and seated curls. The supported position remains consistent.
Twelve Back Settings and Seven Roller Positions
User alignment is highly adjustable on the Body-Solid Leg Extension and Curl Machine. The back pad offers twelve positions, while the oversized lower-leg roller provides seven settings for different leg lengths and starting ranges. A pop-pin thigh hold-down stabilizes the upper legs during curls, and the self-adjusting roller maintains contact through both movements.
