Description
Adjustable Decline Positions for Core Training:
The TKO (875CB-BK) Adjustable Decline Ab Bench supports decline crunches, sit-ups, and related trunk exercises from a padded, angled position. Six adjustment settings let users change the decline to match their ability and training goal. The extended frame and broad base create a stable platform, while padded leg supports help maintain position throughout each repetition. Users can progress core sessions without moving between separate fixed-angle benches.
Commercial Ab Bench with Easy Facility Mobility:
The TKO Commercial Ab/Crunch Bench includes mounting handles and grips for controlled entry, positioning, and exercise setup. Commercial upholstery and resilient padding support repeated contact, while the black frame coordinates with surrounding strength equipment. Rear transport wheels help staff reposition this adjustable decline ab bench for classes, cleaning, or changing facility layouts. External resistance is not included. The open sides keep entry and exit straightforward between sets.
