This Body-Solid (#GSWT) 1" Standard Plate Tree is primarily for 1-inch diameter hole regular style weight plates. However, many lifters prefer smaller diameter posts for their 2-inch diameter Olympic plates, which allows for more effortless one-handed loading and unloading.

This Body-Solid Plate Tree features 2" x 2" steel frame construction protected by a durable powder coat finish to help resist chipping and scratching. It also offers a robust 1,000 lb weight capacity.

This Body-Solid Weight Tree with Bar Holders is for home use, but it can handle light commercial non-membership settings, such as apartment fitness rooms, small training studios, fire and police workout rooms, plus more.
