These quality weight plates feature a durable rubber coating for added protection against rust and corrosion, plus, they help protect floors and equipment. Troy's 3-grip design makes these plates easier and safer to use for you or your clients.

Troy Cardio Barbell Plates use a 1 inch diameter hole designed to work with 1 inch diameter sleeve group strength set lightweight bars. We offer these plates in 10 lb, 5 lb and 2.5 lb sizes.

Group Barbell Sets are designed to max at 40 lbs per set so our size options allow you to choose from simply one pair of plates up to sets multiple set sizes to help outfit every need.

Plus, you can mix and match pairs and sets to reach the exact number of plates you need.
