Plus, this unit provides storage for slam balls, wall balls, or medicine balls, combined with dumbbell storage, kettlebell storage, battle rope storage, exercise band storage, and a weight plate storage horn.

This gym functional training rig has various attachments, such as a dip attachment, landmine attachment, plyo step attachment, and wall ball target. The center upper connecting bars can be used for pull-ups or added exercise band exercises. Two exercise band stations on either end of this workout rig offer a wide range of anchors, from high to low. Also, two battle rope anchors are at the bottom center of the unit.
