The York Barbell "Iso-Grip" Steel Olympic Weight Set comes with a commercial-rated 7-foot chrome Olympic bar and York Steel Iso-Grip Olympic Plates.

The York Weight Plates are made from a strong steel composite that is much more robust than traditional cast iron plates used by other manufacturers. Plus, they are much more resistant to cracking or breakage if dropped. The hub of the plate is thicker than the outer rim allowing for easier handling and floor pick-up compared to traditional cast iron weight plates.

The York (#32113) Olympic Bar measures 7 feet in length, weighs 44 lbs, and offers a durable hard chrome finish. It is made with 150,000 psi rated North American Steel and has a static test of 1,000 lbs.
