Simply adjusting the mounting screws to relieve pressure on the frame will restore the mirror to its flat position, ensuring a distortion-free reflection.

Glassless Mirror Installation:

Our  glassless mirrors feature an incredibly lightweight design, making installation a breeze. While attaching them to the rolling stands can be done solo, wall mounting requires a team effort due to their size. Each mirror is equipped with four pre-drilled holes at the back, along with four L-brackets and screws for secure attachment. Customers need to provide four additional screws per mirror suitable for their specific wall type, be it studs, drywall, brick, or any other material. The L-brackets are designed with two holes each: one for fastening to the mirror and another for connecting to the wall. For easiest wall-mounted installation, the mirrors can be mounted with the L-brackets exposed. However, L-brackets can also be mounted hidden behind the mirror for those that know their way around the toolbox a bit better.

Wall Mounted vs. Rolling Stand Mirrors:

Our  glass-free mirrors come in two options: wall-mounted or with rolling stands. If a  Mylar® mirror sustains enough force to tear the film, it indicates a relatively severe impact that could have shattered a traditional glass mirror. In such cases, the mirror will need to be replaced since a torn film cannot be repaired. However, it's worth noting that by using a glassless mirror, the risk of broken glass and potential injury has been effectively mitigated.

Cleaning, Care & Maintenance:

Maintaining your glassless mirrors is essential to keep them looking bright and new. Although they offer added safety and easier handling compared to traditional glass mirrors, they do require a bit more care when it comes to cleaning. The reflective surface of these mirrors is sensitive, so it's best to only spot clean as needed. To do this, use a compressed air canister to blow off any dust particles from the mirror's surface. Then, gently wipe the area with a lens-safe cloth dampened with a glass cleaner like Windex. While you can perform an overall cleaning occasionally, it's best to limit these cleanings to when absolutely necessary to preserve the mirror's reflective surface. Avoid rubbing too hard or applying excessive force, as this can damage the reflective coating. Instead, wipe gently to remove the glass cleaner in order to maintain the mirror's brightness for years to come.
