This back exercise machine offers dependent arms that pivot on a robust bronze bushing system. The hand grips are width adjustable for different user sizes and exercise variations. Plus, it has a max weight capacity of 400 lbs.
Seated row exercises are a great way to help develop muscle mass in the upper back. However, traditional seated row exercises are performed from lower cable systems, which are more advanced and significantly strain the lower back muscles.
The Body-Solid Seated Back Row provides upper body support to help reduce lower back strain making it ideal for entry-level users or those with lower back limitations.
