This Body-Solid Leverage Squat/Calf Machine targets glute muscles and quadriceps. The angled platform allows for deep contraction to help fully engage those muscle groups, plus it offers a slip-resistant diamond plate surface for added safety.
In addition to the squatting exercise, the user can also perform standing calf raises with a deep stretch to stimulate stubborn calf muscles.
