Terms of Service

Problems with Order:

Problems with your order must be reported to Gtech Fitness® via email or our contact us page immediately upon receiving your order. If the order can be refused upon delivery due to wrong product delivered or damages to the product, please refuse shipment. No extra charges will be incurred for refusing damaged or wrong products.

 

Order Damages:

Damages to orders must be reported to Gtech Fitness® via email or our contact us page within 3 days of receiving your order, so we can file the necessary claims paperwork with the shipping company on the customer's behalf.

The customer must keep all packing materials and boxes for digital photos to submit with your damage claim.

 

Order Cancellations:

Orders can typically be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order without restocking or shipping fees, as long as the order has not been packed for shipment or has already shipped. If your item has already shipped and you wish to cancel your order, the customer will be refunded, minus the manufacturer restocking fee plus any shipping fees associated with getting the item or items back to the manufacturer warehouse. Refunds will only be applied after receiving the merchandise back to the manufacturer warehouse.

If the order has already been packed and is awaiting pick up by the shipping company, the customer will be refunded the full amount, minus the restocking fee placed on the cancellation by the manufacturer.

If the order has shipped, the customer will be refunded minus all shipping cost incurred to get the merchandise back to the manufacturer warehouse, plus restocking fees placed on the order return. Refunds will be applied once all items have been received back at the manufacturer warehouse.

 

Received Wrong Product(s):

If you receive the wrong product, please refuse delivery. If you are unable to refuse delivery, the customer must have the item(s) ready for return packed in the same manner as received. For freight shipments on the day of pickup, the return freight must be placed at the same location in which it was originally unloaded. This is typically located curbside at the original order ship to address. For UPS/FedEx shipments, this will be the area of the ship to address the parcel was left or delivered to. For example, the front door or office location.

 

Advertised Product Weights:

Product weights and shipping weights listed on the Gtech Fitness website as a courtesy. Weights listed can vary from the actual product weight. Discrepancies in product weights are not deemed as manufacturer defects, with the exception of precision weight plates that state a +/- weight percentage variation and I.P.F. approved weight bars that are found to be outside of I.P.F. approved specifications.

 

Unable To Contact Customer For Delivery:

All freight deliveries have a 24 hour notification call by the freight company to set up a delivery time for the following business day. In the event the freight company is unable to contact the customer to set up a delivery appointment, the freight will be returned to the manufacturer. The customer will be refunded for their purchase minus original shipping charges included in the "Free Shipping" price to the customer, shipping charges back to the manufacturer and restocking fees placed on the return by the manufacturer.

 

Missed Delivery Appointments:

In the event the a delivery appointment has been set with the freight company to deliver your product(s), but the customer is not present to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for any redelivery fees or returned freight fees to the manufacturer.

 

Lead Times and Delivery Times:

Lead times and delivery times stated on the Gtech Fitness web site are average lead times based on manufacturer past performance. Please note, lead times can vary due to circumstances beyond Gtech Fitness and manufacturer control. Items that ship or deliver beyond the average lead times stated on the Gtech Fitness web site are not reason for order returns or cancellations.

Orders cancelled due to delays in shipping times or lead times will be subjected to the normal Gtech Fitness Returns Policy.

 

Rubber Products and Rubber Coated Product Returns:

Rubber products and rubber coated fitness products such as Olympic plates, dumbbells, etc., have a rubber smell. The rubber smell will dissipate over time. Returns due to a rubber smell on rubber products will fall into the same return procedures as "Matters of Convenience" returns. The customer will be responsible for original shipping charges to the customer, shipping charges back to the manufacturer and any restocking fee placed on the return by the manufacturer.

 

Free Weight and Bar Finishes:

All advertised free weights, such as dumbbells, weight plates, kettlebells and barbells, plus, weight lifting bars, may have a degree of imperfections in the finish, such as small burs, scratches and nicks. These imperfections can happen in manufacturing, packing or transit phases of the product. Minor imperfections are not cause for product returns or replacements. However, Gtech Fitness will forward your product pictures to the corresponding manufacturer for their review. If the manufacturer deems the imperfection considerable enough for replacement, Gtech Fitness will replace the product for the customer at no extra cost.

 

Product Warranties:

Product Warranties are backed directly by the manufacturer. Gtech Fitness does not offer, nor set parameters for product warranties on our web site. Warranty parameters are set directly by the manufacturer of the products we offer. Gtech Fitness sells products with manufacturer warranties only. If individual product warranties are not listed on the product web page, they are available upon request.

 

Gtech Fitness Cancellations:

Gtech Fitness reserves the right to cancel orders at any time for any reason. If orders are cancelled by Gtech Fitness prior to shipping, Gtech Fitness will refund the customer in full.
